Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

We collect account and beta-intake information such as name, email, firm, role, approximate AUM range, use case, invite status, and support messages. We also collect platform usage records such as login times, IP address, browser user-agent, saved-screen metadata, backtest-job status, disclosure acceptances, audit events, and operational logs.

How We Use Information

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help operate the platform, process payments, host infrastructure, provide email or support tooling, maintain security, or comply with legal obligations.

Security and Retention

We use account authentication, session controls, audit logging, and access restrictions appropriate for a beta platform. No system is perfectly secure. We retain account, disclosure, payment, operational, and audit records as needed for platform operation, compliance review, dispute resolution, and legal obligations.

Your Choices

You may request account support, correction, export, or deletion by emailing [email protected]. Some records may be retained where required for security, compliance, billing, audit, or legal reasons.

Client Data

Strategy Lab is not designed to store personal client data during beta. Do not enter client names, account numbers, Social Security numbers, portfolio holdings tied to identifiable clients, or other sensitive personal information unless a separate written agreement authorizes that use.

Changes

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes may require a new acknowledgement inside the platform.
